Warranty, Return & Refund

We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase from FanDevice.com. However, there might be chances when you need to warranty or return goods to us. So what can we do when we meet this situation? Let us check below.

Warranty

1. All our products have been inspected and packaged in good condition before shipped out.
2. We offer 90 days warranty for all orders from the purchase date under normal use(excluding man-made damaged and/or misused).

Return

1. 15 days return policy.

Return application must be submit within 15 days from the delivered date. And Refund will be issued as soon as the return package confirmed.

1). Goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels.
2). Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
3). Contact our service staff first for all the need information.

Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package and ship the package to the designated address provide by the service staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. To help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

If we fail to receive return package, buyer needs to undertake the loss.

Full Refund

If your goods are have following problems: color errors, size errors, defective, damaged or mis-shipped goods, You can show us pictures, videos, or screenshot of the wrong goods you get. After talking with our service staff, please return back the original package. When we receive the return package and after check, we'll issue a replacement or full refund and return freight cost to you via your original payment account. However, if the return item is found no problem by our technicians, you need responsible for the freight cost.

How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?

All refund applications will be processed within normally 24 hours. We will credit back the same way of payment. You will receive the refund within one week if you pay via PayPal or one month if you pay via Credit Card.
